About TRX Tracker
TRX Tracker helps you log suspension-training workouts by category, keep your sets and reps consistent from session to session, and see the history build up over weeks and months.
Why track your workouts?
- Consistency. Seeing your target sets and reps before you start keeps every session aligned with your plan instead of guessed on the fly.
- Progress you can see. A history of sets logged over time shows whether you're actually doing more than last month.
- No lost effort. Every logged set is saved immediately, so a workout is never lost if you get interrupted mid-session.
How to use it
- From Workouts, choose Pickleball, Legs, Arms, or Core.
- For each exercise, set the number of sets and reps you're aiming for - it's saved for next time.
- Watch the demo video if you need a refresher on form.
- After each set, tap Log Set - the counter updates immediately.
- Open History any time to see your sets charted over time, filter by workout, or export your data.
Tips
- Log the set right after you finish it - it takes one tap and keeps the count accurate.
- Adjust sets/reps targets any time; they carry over to your next session for that exercise.
- This app tracks training volume, not form - check the linked demo and use good judgment (or a trainer) for technique.
